In this episode, Bryce Haysom joins the studio to open up about his journey from childhood dreams of military service to life after the military, and how jiu-jitsu, martial arts and the veteran community have become a major part of his life.

Bryce shares the story of how long he worked to get into the military, what his experience was actually like once he got there, and the challenges he faced during and after his service.

We dive into Bryce's journey through martial arts and jiu-jitsu, including competing in around 25 tournaments, travelling internationally to compete, Combat Jiu-Jitsu, Caged Jiu-Jitsu and his plans to continue travelling the world to train and compete.
