Harley Fox is an Australian Defence Force veteran who knows that the hardest battles often begin after the uniform comes off. The loss of identity, tribe and purpose can be more destabilising than anything faced in uniform, and Harley has lived that reality.

That belief led him to create The Grey Man Podcast. As host and producer, Harley blends technical precision with raw, boots-on-the-ground honesty, bringing private conversations into the open and showing how others rebuild purpose on the outside.
